Congrats to [Kwasi](/people/kwasi-adu-berchie) and [Favour](/people/favour-obuseh) on their review paper published in rejuvenation research! Here, they describe how hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells differentiate down the lymphoid pathway, highlight processes that govern thymic selection and T cell maturation, T cell priming by antigen presenting cells in secondary lymphoid organs, and T cell effector function and dysfunction within the context of cancer.
